If needed, How Do I Return & Exchange Items?

Alexis by Tal Sheyn will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all items received within 14 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, free of defects and presented with original sales receipt and original hangtags and/or price tags. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number,
the original sales receipt price tags, labels, original hang tags
and/or any other merchandise information

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of your unworn, unwashed, or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided.

All packing materials must be included.

All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Alexis By Tal Sheyn�s sole discretion.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by Alexis by Tal Sheyn. Incorrect items return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery.

Alexis by Tal Sheyn strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

STEP 1

Email the following information to returns@alexisbytalsheyn.com
1) Request for Return Authorization (RA) Number
2) Customer Name and Invoice Number
3) Reason for return
4) Do you want a refund or replacement merchandise?
5) If replacement, list replacement merchandise.

STEP 2

After receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from returns@alexisbytalsheyn.com Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt, original hangtags, and a brief message stating why you decided to return the item. Include your order number in the following return shipping address:

Failure to provide the original sales receipt prohibits Alexis by Tal Sheyn from accepting and processing any returns or exchanges � NO EXCEPTIONS.

Alexis by Tal Sheyn is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, defective, or if it is not the correct item purchased, Alexis by Tal Sheyn will reimburse the return shipping charges. All items purchased as part of a discounted package or at package pricing cannot be returned for full Credit. Please leave all tags, hangtags, price tags, labels, and/or any other merchandise information on the product until you are sure it is one you want to keep.
